Door leaf made of 1 mm thick sheet metal (10/10), with internal reinforcements, box-type, hollow-core, and press-bent edges forming the sealing flange on the frame. Frame made of 1.5 mm thick sheet metal (15/10) with pre-drilled holes for cable passage, slots for fixing anchor brackets, and stamped anchors for masonry installation. Door thickness is 52 mm in total, equipped with two stamped sheet metal hinges with three wings and rotation on a stamped ball bearing. Mechanical adjustable device and damper for smooth closing, keeping the door leaf closed.
